SHIPPING
Dear Girl processes online orders Monday – Friday. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Weather delays are out of our control and could affect shipping and transit times. Please be aware there may be slight delays from shipping carriers around the holidays. We will do our best to keep our amazing customers informed!
Double check your shipping address. We are not able to change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please note, purchases over $250 must be shipped to the billing address. If you place an order in which the amount is over $250 and your billing & shipping address do not match, you will be contacted to resolve the issue before we ship your purchase.
All of our packages are shipped at a flat rate of $7 via USPS, UPS or Fed-ex and can be tracked online at UPS (Tracking | UPS - United States), USPS (Welcome | USPS), or Fed-Ex (Tracking Your Shipment or Packages | FedEx)
FREE SHIPPING on online orders over $75!
STORE PICK UP WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PLACING YOUR ORDER! Store pick-up orders will be held for 3 months from the order date. If the order has not been picked up in that time frame, the items will be donated on the customer's behalf.
RETURNS
At Dear Girl, we want you to love every piece your purchase. If something isn't quite right we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
RETURN POLICY: Storefront purchases & online orders that chose in-store pick up have a 10 day return policy. Purchases made on our website also have a 10 day return policy from the date your order was delivered. No refunds will be issued, only store credit that never expires. All returned items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
FINAL SALE ITEMS FOR ALL INSTORE & ONLINE INCLUDE:
All jewelry, hats, on sale merchandise, any items discounted 25% or more & holiday related items. Please follow cleaning directions that the item provides on the tag so there is no harm to your item.
Items that were purchased on our website and shipped back to us at 2404 Main Street, Caddo Mills, TX 75135, will be eligible for a store credit if they meet the requirements of our return policy stated above. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, you will be eligible for a store credit, less our shipping charge of $7.00. If you are returning an item please fill out the Return Form inside your package, please insert this in your package & ship items back to: 2404 Main Street, Caddo Mills, TX 75135
